Unfranchise® business will be worth your while. I know it will, but honestly, I don't think you've
gotten enough information to decide either way. But here's a simplified look at the compensation
plan so you understand how we get paid. This is by no means intended to provide you with the
complete compensation plan details - the plan is too extensive and filled with ever growing sources
of income to fairly try to describe it here.
There are two ways that we earn income as Market America Unfranchise® Owners:
1) Distribute Products and Services
- Service only 10 - 15 preferred customers - yes that's it!
- Earn 30% - 100% gross retail profit.
2) Time Leveraging = Residual Income
- Duplicate your efforts.
- Develop and manage only 2 distribution organizations.
- Earn weekly team business volume (BV) commissions and bonuses.
When you start your business as a distributor, you are given a Business
Development Center (BDC) and can participate in the Management Performace
Compensation Plan (MPCP), which can provide weekly residual income.
Each BDC has two sides - one left team and one right team.
All products and services distributed have a point value assigned to them called
business volume (BV). On average, BV is 75% of sales dollars. For example $100
equates to 75 BV.
Every Friday, the Market America computers will roll up the BV created on your
left and right organizations (searching down to infinity). When your left team total BV and
right team total BV hit a payout target, a check is issued to you. For example using the chart
below, if your left team totals 1,500 and your right team totals 1,800, you will receive a
$300 check because both sides exceeded the minimum required volume level of 1,200.

Your volume will then continue to accumulate until you hit the next highest level to
trigger another check. Your BV will not "flush" or be removed at the end of each month
as is common with most "MLM" style businesses. Your BV will accumulate for an entire
year, and then be removed only as it came on. It is not removed all at once!
The goal is to have enough BV accumulating from your left and right team every week,
so that you fully cycle - 5,000 BV & 5,000 BV, and receive the maximum payout of $1,500.
When you fully cycle, your BV "banks" are then reset to zero to begin accumulating again.
The weekly commission payout range can be anywhere between $300 (minimum) and
$3,600 per BDC.
It is not a question of "if you will get paid", just "when you will get paid".
When your first Business Development Center (BDC) completely cycles
(your left team and right team accumulate 5,000 BV), a new BDC is issued to you at no cost!
You can then place that BDC at the bottom of your current organization thereby solidifying
your current organizations volume and increase your potential income an additional
$3,600 per week.
The actual maximum weekly amount you can be paid per BDC is $3,600. Again, I wanted
to keep it simple here to just give you the basic concept as to how the compensation system
works. Do not expect yourself to understand this plan the first time you see this.
The additional weekly income comes in the form of bonuses, and Internet Business

Market America has such a successful record of creating significant ongoing income
for its business owners, that they created a web site to share the accomplishments with
people throughout the world. I encourage you to take a look at the website and read some
of the stories about the distributors. I bet you can find someone on there that was in the
same situation you are right now when they decided to start their Unfranchise business.
There are two options:
1) Sales Representative
You will be able to buy the products and services at distributor cost, and earn a gross retail profit.
- No cost.
2) Distributor
You will make the gross retail profit from all of your personal sales, and be able to participate in the Management Performace Compensation Plan (MPCP) to build your team of distributors and start earning weekly residual commission checks.
- A one time application/registration fee of $129.95, and an annual re-newel fee of $99.95.
- A $20 monthly fee to use the Market America Unfranchise® Management System (UFMS) to manage all aspects of your business.
- 50 BV (business volume) monthly of personal volume - this equates to about $60 - $70 depending upon the items you are using.
My Market America Unfranchise® overhead expense is $100/month. However, I am regularly providing products to my small portfolio of preferred customers, so the 30% - 100% gross retail profit I earn more than covers my business expenses. My customers simply buy products and services from my website, and my account balance simply accrues the retail commisions until I request a check!

In most cases, the tax advantages far exceed to costs incurred to operate this home business. Because of this, it makes sense to have an Unfranchise® for the tax benefits alone!
*Many of us in the business view the low costs of Unfranchise® business ownership as a hinderence to success for some people. If this business cost $5,000, people would feel more "invested" to their business and make sure they do what it takes to succeed.
